You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere.Your ResponsibilitiesGlobal responsibility for a multinational group headquartered in FranceMajor global roll-out of Digital Transformation project: liaise between the Salesforce services team and senior management when requiredAccount plan closely maps to and influences the customers strategic board level prioritiesSeek, identify and initiate new go to market propositions through application of industry knowledgeIdentification of business value that the customer was not previously aware ofEngages with Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst dataSuccessfully interacts at the C-levelDrives significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategyPartners with GSIs and Services to deliver the contracted business solution and technical delivery planProvides mentoring relationships to more junior Account Executives and virtual team membersConveys leadership, authority and confidence with every interaction, no matter what form the message; presentation, orally and in writingAccurately forecasts and achieves revenue goalsCoordinates a global team in a matrix organizationYour QualificationsProven track record of selling together with an international team, transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives into Global Accounts from the target industries. Quota carrying software or technology sales experience, account management and virtual team leadership experience.
