We work collaboratively and are driven by our shared values and objectives.As a result of our continued ground-breaking growth in EMEA, Salesforce is hiring an apprentice to join the EMEA Commercial Legal team. This apprentice will be based in the Paris office, but will work remotely with, and for, a pan-EMEA team based in various countries: France, Germany, UK, Ireland and Israel.Role Description:The apprentice will assist the team in various tasks aimed at increasing the EMEA Commercial Legal’s velocity in handling legal matters. For instance, the apprentice will assist the team in handling routine legal support requests to help support the sales and professional services organisations across all EMEA such as RFPs, NDAs, SOWs, assignment agreements, standard amendments, vendor accreditation processes, and to help with translation when needed. Also, the apprentice will work with the team on projects aimed at scaling the way we work: updates our content library, drafting standard operating procedures, etc.Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Studying contract law and/or IT law
Empathy, curiosity, enthusiasm- you want to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication in English & French
Able to work remotely and with people from different regions and cultures
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills applied to legal, business and operational issues
Ideally some knowledge of Data Protection law (including GDPR)
Adaptable, pro-active and resilient with a desire to continually learn and develop professionally
Interest in tech and digital services in general
Team spirited and collaborative attitude
Previous internship(s) in the Legal department of an IT company, or of an international company, would be a plus but not a must
