Role

As an IT Controlling Intern in the IT Budget and Controlling Team, you will support the financial operations and management of IT resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to critical financial processes and digital transformation projects.

Responsabilities

1. Participation in Quarterly Closing and Daily Operation Tasks

• Assist in quarterly financial closing processes, including the preparation and posting of accruals.
• Support related financial reporting tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up on billing from our partner, Allianz Technologies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

2. Participation in Planning and Budgeting Process

• Participate in the preparation and analysis of IT budgets, including variance analysis of actuals versus plan.
• Collaborate with the IT department to track and manage project costs.

3. Contribution to improve reporting production and new planning tool

• Engage in a digitalization project to transition from Excel-based processes to a new planning tool.
• Improve  the consolidation phase for actuals reporting and to prepare files for uploading information into SAP_IP, the Group's tool with PowerQuery.
• Assist in the creation of new reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
