Job Description:

Ce que nous ferons ensemble

En tant qu'apprenti(e), vous allez travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs d’affaires sédentaires HPE et leurs directeurs des ventes. Vous aurez beaucoup d'interactions avec les différentes fonctions de l’organisation (vente, avant-vente, support, marketing, logistique, administration commerciale) ainsi qu’avec les partenaires et les clients finaux d’HPE.

Votre mission principale sera d’assister les vendeurs dans leur quotidien.

Vous assurerez notamment :

  • La gestion des appels sortants vers les clients/prospects dans le cadre des campagnes marketing afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités/affaires
  • La création des opportunités et la mise à jour dans l’outil CRM pour la gestion des relations avec les clients
  • L'élaboration de devis demandés et la gestion des demandes d'approbation
  • L’élaboration des configurations et réponses à appels d’offre
  • La coordination entre le client et les équipes HPE en cas de problème relatif au traitement de la commande
  • Des affaires, et de l’analyse de l’évolution hebdomadaire
  • Des actions marketing et des opportunités/nouvelles affaires identifiées
  • Des affaires/dossiers dont vous avez la délégation, de leur initiation jusqu’au closing.

Qui vous êtes

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 de préférence en école de commerce et vous voulez faire de la vente high-tech votre futur métier.

Qualités / connaissances requises :

  • Vous aimez la vente et les relations clients
  • Motivé et curieux : envie d’apprendre et de progresser.
  • Vous vous intéressez aux dernières tendances informatiques telles que le Cloud, l'IA, la gestion de la Data, la sécurité etc.
  • Aisance relationnelle, expression claire et fluide. Ecoute active. Esprit de synthèse
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques et digitaux
  • Bon niveau en Anglais
