Job Description:
An offer entitled "IM Responsible for Aircraft Maintenance Applications (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Helicopters, based in Marignane, France.
You will join the AH Information Management Directorate, called “Digital” within Airbus, inside our team “Spares, MRO and Training”. We’re dealing with a variety of technologies from home made development to commercial off-the-shelf installation and maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for some applications:
The main one being for Aircraft maintenance, called Tracking+ edited by Veryon (formerly Rusada ENVISION). This application is used worldwide in Airbus Helicopters.
Another one is based on Vendavo Pricepoint
You will be accountable for the End-to-End availability and performance of these existing COTS applications including management of dependencies and you’ll participate or lead coming projects to replace or upgrade them.
In close relationship with the business, providing roadmaps and customer’s requirements, you’ll secure the RUN and evolutions of your applications.
Tasks & Accountabilities
The mission of the IM application responsible is to:
Ensure the availability and well working of his applications to meet operational Service Level Agreement, including their interfaces monitoring thanks to a close collaboration with other IM colleagues (hosting, network, …)
Lead the projects related to his applications, taking into account the different axes: time, budget and quality
Ensure risk and opportunity management
Manage cyber risks in collaboration with the IM security department
Understand the business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud based architecture
Maintain the product roadmap and ensure it stays in line with Enterprise Architecture, Digital strategy and objectives
Participate in Airbus group initiative and lead technical exchanges
Define and implement for your product the right IT Make or Buy strategy.
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
Define and lead continuous improvement plan
Simplify wherever possible
Competences, Methods & Tools:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
At least 5 years of IM application responsible or IM Project leader experience, ideally on business domains such as aircraft maintenance
Partners and External service providers management
Negotiation with internal customers
Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
Happy to work within a team with transparency and mutual aid
Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit and customer orientation
Advanced level in English
Experience on Envision (Tracking+) application, IIS and SQL would be a big plus
Experience on IBM ODM, Vendavo Pricepoint, Citrix environment and other IT environments or DevOps would be an advantage
