About the Job 

The department Workplace Services (WPS) is responsible for all global workplace services within Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients, enterprise mobility services (EMS) , email, collaboration, desktop file services, printers, service desk and field service.

At Workplace Services we are currently searching for an experienced Tribe Lead able to support our agile organization. The expectation to this role is to lead User Engagement and customer success management Tribe. The focus of User Engagement is to ensure our end users get their desired outcome from our IT Services and Solutions. 

The Lead will manage customer relationships and proactive engagement. They monitor account metrics and drive customer goals through alignment with product capabilities and other internal teams while keeping an eye out for new opportunities.

The target is to improve user satisfaction, customer adoption of IT Services while reducing end user negative experiences.

What you do

  • As Tribe Lead reporting directly into the Global Head of Workplace Services at Allianz Technology SE, the person will be coordinating with the Management team and a set of dedicated squads, giving guidance and representing towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate customer feedback and work with internal development team to make necessary improvements.
  • Develop service plans and strategies to ensure customers get the best possible service.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and collect feedback to improve their experience.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the customers and the statuses of the various projects.
  • Train new customers and guide them to get the most out of the products and services offered.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis to inform the management team of service and product performance as well as providing key input to our new target operating model

What you bring

  • Overall understanding of IT Workplace Services and relevant underlying products, dependencies as well as latest market developments
  • Experience on Workplace services transformation (especially on end user support) 
  • Fundamental understanding of financial setup of an IT Shared Service provider, P&L management, and service portfolio setup
  • High level of communication skills on top management level
  • Experience and advanced knowledge of working the Agile framework preferably within a shared service provider context
  • 15+ years of experience in lateral and/or people leadership within an IT organization, preferably with experience of leading several teams out of a management position
  • Higher education degree in business administration, mathematics, IT or comparable technical education
