About the Job
The department Workplace Services (WPS) is responsible for all global workplace services within Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients, enterprise mobility services (EMS) , email, collaboration, desktop file services, printers, service desk and field service.
At Workplace Services we are currently searching for an experienced Tribe Lead able to support our agile organization. The expectation to this role is to lead User Engagement and customer success management Tribe. The focus of User Engagement is to ensure our end users get their desired outcome from our IT Services and Solutions.
The Lead will manage customer relationships and proactive engagement. They monitor account metrics and drive customer goals through alignment with product capabilities and other internal teams while keeping an eye out for new opportunities.
The target is to improve user satisfaction, customer adoption of IT Services while reducing end user negative experiences.
