About The Role

You will be part of the CTO2 Allianz Partners Insurance IT team, which is delivering and operating Allianz Partner’s E2E target solutions for all insurance related line of businesses globally such as travel insurance, ticketing, banking partners, mobile devices and digital risk protection (MDDR). This covers the central ACM B2B2C target platform supporting B2C, B2B, B2B2C channels rolled out in over 14 countries in Europe as well as eCommerce services globally in more than 60 countries.

The Insurance Line of of Business is based in an agile product organization composed out of multiples Tribes covering the entire insurance value chain with international cross-functional agile squads within the chapter organization.

As a Business Systems Analyst at Allianz Technology, you will serve as the vital link between our business objectives and the technical implementation of our business applications. Your role will involve driving the functional and technical design of our applications, specifying precise requirements, and analyzing defects. You will be responsible for adapting and designing components and processes to ensure our applications are highly reliable. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative AI solutions and AI-driven processes, aligning with Allianz Technology's commitment to cutting-edge technology.

What you do

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Lead the design and architecture of business applications.
Analyze defects and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
Adapt and design components and processes to enhance application reliability.
Implement AI solutions and AI-driven processes to meet business needs.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
Utilize project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

What you bring

A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science or IT-related fields and proficiency in system design and architecture.
Experience with MS Office, oneConfluence, JIRA, MySQL, Office, and Diagrams Notations (UML, BPMN, ePC).
Experience with Postman and Webservices (JSON).
Knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with MySQL, GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON.
Experience with Splunk, including query capabilities.
Knowledge of Dynatrace and AWS Console.
