As a Digital Delivery & Products Project Manager, you will support the success of global shared assets, ensuring that Business Units and Group Functions are engaged and aligned in implementing the products strategy. You will manage the countries' demands and be responsible for creating proposals that fit our internal customers' needs. Additionally, you will coordinate projects delivery from the early discovery phases, through design and prototyping, and in some cases, until final delivery.

Your role

As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

Ensuring Business Units and Group Functions are engaged and aligned with the products strategy, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Collecting demand from various countries and group functions' internal customers.
Demonstrating an understanding of the customer’s business needs, expectations and success factors.
Creating tailored proposals that address the specific needs of internal customers and align with strategic objectives.
Successfully delivering assigned projects, on time, on budget, and within scope, while adhering to the company standards.
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers’ communications regarding project deliverables, progress, and financial status.

Your skills and experience

As a Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

BS/BA degree in Computer science or related field is preferred.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
3 to 5 years of relevant project/program management experience.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous consulting experience in complex multi-national organizations is a plus.
Solid understanding of the full design and mobile development life cycle is a plus.
Ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams and locations.
Experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships, with the ability to facilitate solutions-oriented approaches.
Hands-on attitude and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy approach with enthusiasm for mobile technology, apps, and emerging trends in the mobile industry.
An enthusiastic, capable, and curious person eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies.

A good team player with a responsible and can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must; any additional languages are a strong plus.
Strong experience with MS Tools: MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
