The Red Hat Product Security Development team is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join us in Spain. In this role, you will focus on developing services to support security management around RH’s offerings. You will need to collaborate with other developers in the multi-national team across more time zones, and also with the product owner, scrum master and other internal stakeholders in order to ensure a smooth and enterprise quality release.

What you will do ?

Develop back-end application features based on the specific requirements from RH’s internal stakeholders
Collaborate on future architecture and design with other team members
Work in two weeks sprints following the Agile/Scrum process in order to deliver the required features
Write unit tests
Improve and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines of applications deployed in various environments
Focus on delivering value to stakeholders, analyzing their feedback, and enhancing the features as required

What you will bring?

At least 2+ years of practical experience using Python (Django Framework)
At least 2+ years of experience with Postgres (or similar) database and SQL
Experience with continuous integration/delivery
Basic debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with web applications development is a plus
Knowledge of HTTP protocol is an advantage
