What you do

Removes various impediments (e.g. organizational, work-environmental or mindset-related) to protect the team’s progress and acts as its servant leader
Coaches two agile teams (maximum of 5 to 10 members each) in self-organization, cross-functionality and Agile methodologies
Helps the team to create high-value and high-quality products
Creates an open-minded working environment and inspiration of the team to continuously improve cooperation and collaboration
Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed
Consults the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value
Leads and coaches the respective teams in its Scrum adoption
Collaborates with other Scrum Masters

What you bring

Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management, and / or consultancy business
Experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, XP practices or similar
Experience in mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management, and team building
Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT or comparable education
