What would your daily routine look like?

Management of ocean shipments from start to finish, meeting customer needs and company policies.
Coordination with shipping companies, co-shippers, suppliers, carriers, and offices around the world.
Coordination with other departments: customs, sales, and pricing.
Tracking shipments, keeping systems up to date.
Management and control of shipment invoicing, including cost forecasting and control.
You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives.

What do we expect from you?

Essential qualifications: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training. (Training in Foreign Trade is a plus).
Previous experience in a maritime department will be a plus.
Knowledge of English.
Office skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy.
Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities.
Problem-solving and ability to work independently.
Sense of responsibility and integrity.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
