We're looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction. You can be part of the team. What would your daily routine look like?

  • Management of ocean shipments from start to finish, meeting customer needs and company policies.
  • Coordination with shipping companies, co-shippers, suppliers, carriers, and offices around the world.
  • Coordination with other departments: customs, sales, and pricing.
  • Tracking shipments, keeping systems up to date.
  • Management and control of shipment invoicing, including cost forecasting and control.
  • You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives.
  • In short: You're proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your field!

What do we expect from you?

  • Essential qualifications: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training. (Training in Foreign Trade is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a maritime department will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Office skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities.
  • Problem-solving and ability to work independently.
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
