About the Job

Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Recruiter Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process for a leading global IT service provider. This position offers the opportunity to support various recruitment activities and projects, helping to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

What you do

Support the screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent Allianz Technology.

What you bring

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for 6 months, part time (from 9:00 ot 14:00)
Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
Previous experience in the field is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
