Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic CTO2 Allianz Partners team as a Contract Manager and play a key role in managing customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and overseeing major outsourcing suppliers.

You’ll be part of a global team, supporting Allianz Technology’s delivery organization across multiple branches and working with leading international clients. If you have a passion for contracts, compliance, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What you do

Establish the list of contractual obligations to fulfill and put in place a mechanism to track the status.
Identify compliance gaps and propose joint solutions based on customer and supplier requirements.
Put in place and maintain contract entries in group tools to ensure compliance with audit and group standards.
Identify simplification potential of the MSA and ensure alignment with ITSOA compliance.
Support audit cycles and yearly IRCS (Risk Management) reporting.
Internal contract advisor role for internal stakeholders, including reporting and facilitating purchase requests and approval processes.
Establish and maintain an up-to-date external suppliers database to enable supplier consolidation and support third-party risk management and associated assessments, as well as the customer subcontractor compliance process.

What you bring

Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail
Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate
Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus
Strong English skills mandatory
Skills requirements: 3-5 years of experience
5+ years of experience in a similar role
