The Role

​​You will be an integral part of the QTC (Quote To Cash) team. The team provide support from pre-sales activities through to post-sales billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

  • SAP System Registration: Accurately register contracts and related information in SAP systems.

  • External Client Billing: Handle billing processes for external clients according to signed terms and conditions.

  • Issue Resolution Support: Provide support for resolving any issues that arise during contract execution.

  • Internal Project Date Management: Manage internal project dates included in contracts.

  • Internal Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for internal clients, including sales and delivery teams.

Collaboration: In this role, you will collaborate closely with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders at Kyndryl to orchestrate a variety of crucial activities.

Remote Team Collaboration: Work with a geographically dispersed team, primarily based in Madrid.

Backoffice Operations: Perform backoffice tasks to support the overall contract management process.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience is not required.

  • Native or high level of Spanish and Portuguese.

  • English medium level.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative department is value.

  • Excel

  • SAP HANA
