Role Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the cluster strategy, creating analysis and research to supplement setting of cluster level targets, and contributes to delivery to ensure cluster meets or exceeds its financial i.e. Net Revenue and Net Income growth, and scorecard goals. The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations for the cluster. Additionally, the role will support in evolving the cluster strategy to address new strategic issues and opportunities and for building strong commercial capabilities in cluster that will significantly grow Visa’s businesses and drive revenue growth and diversification. Further responsibilities include client engagement approach, key cluster governance and the application of performance insights to orchestrate delivery of the strategy.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
• Prior experience of 4-5 years in Corporate Strategy / Strategy Consulting • Excellent presentation skills – both in preparing compelling decks and tell a convincing story • Demonstrated skills in collaborating with, leading and influencing senior executives • Proven capacity to be a respected and valued partner at multiple levels within the organization • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands • Highly analytical, with ability to synthesize deep quantitative and qualitative analysis for executive audiences • Experience managing complex strategic initiatives within cross-functional teams • Commercially focused and a pragmatic self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions • A sense of urgency, assertiveness, and directness. Ability to think longer-term coupled with fast execution of short-term priorities • Solid knowledge of the payments business and financial services is a plus
