At DXC Spain we are looking for a Senior IT Strategy Consultant to join our great team of Consulting.

Requirements:

Extensive experience and expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT operating models, solution architecture, process frameworks, and process reengineering. Experience with IT4IT, ITOM, or any other methodology or framework focused on IT governance and operational transformation is a plus.
Experience and skills in leading workshops and client interviews for discovery and analysis activities.
Strong communication and engagement skills with technical users, business stakeholders, and executives.
Experience and methodology for assessing the financial viability of transformation initiatives through business cases, ROI, and TCO analysis.
More than 10 years of experience in IT consulting projects.
Experience in manufacturing, energy, construction, or life sciences is a plus.
Proactivity and leadership.
Commercial skills.
Coaching and team training.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Based in Madrid.

Tasks:

Analyze the client's current situation and define the client's IT strategy to respond to their business and strategic objectives.
Advise customers to evolve their IT strategy towards modern operating models, leveraging and embracing innovation
Design strategies and solutions to meet key customer needs, such as IT cost optimization, business modernization or organizational transformation
Lead process consulting activities with the client's business areas and identify areas for improvement
Lead end-to-end pre-sales processes, leading the conversation with the customer, understanding their needs, designing the value proposition and developing the service proposition, and helping to kick-start the service once sold.
