We are seeking a skilled documentation and insights specialist. The specialist will responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving documentation related to projects, engagements, interactions and ideation. This role involves interactions with various stakeholders. There will be focus on the Digital Enablers priorities: Payments Experience, new digital payment use cases, digital platforms, while supporting and contributing to the overall Digital Enablers organization (e.g. CAS, operational excellence, etc).

What to expect

Key responsibilities:

• Documentation Creation & Management:

  • Develop and maintain clear, detailed, and user-friendly documentation for projects, initiativesengagements, interactions and ideation.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to internal stakeholders.
  • Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and create documentation for new and existing missions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex systems and translate them into easily digestible insights or documentation.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas where documentation can be improved or streamlined.
  • Suggest improvements based on insights, data, or feedback to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

• Training & Support:

  • Provide training or guidance to employees on how to access, understand, and utilize documentation.

• Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies, industry standards, and legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data and information throughout the documentation and insights processes.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for documentation and insights generation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience in financial industry may be preferred.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish, Portuguese or French are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
