Job Description:
An opportunity for an Stress Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The department is in charge of Airbus Derivatives and Medium and Light Programs (Spain) and Mission Platform Systems (Manching). he team is a multicultural Team and in contact with a multidisciplinary environment, as all the programs requires such a lanscape.
The jobholder will reinforce our Team, who will take part in the definition and implementation of complex systems in Derivative Programs, with the main focus on the PATMAR Project.
Tasks
The jobholder will be responsible/ The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
1. Size structural parts.
2. Develop methodologies and analysis to support the certification/qualification of the structure.
3. Create the support documentation required.
Required skills
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demontrate the following skills and experience:
· Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of experience in Stress Analysis.
· High adaptability to work on new topics, open minded for innovative solutions and in a network mode *competences.
· Advanced level in English.
· NASTRAN, PATRAN, HYPERMESH, CATIA.
