Job Description:

We at DXC are looking for a new ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for our Nordic delivery team within the DXC ServiceNow Practice Denmark. DXC has some of the highest certified and experienced experts in the market, and you can be one of them.

As a consultant you will work with colleagues and customers to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform, delivering the best value for the customers.

ServiceNow is the biggest and best service management platform in the world, and you will be part of the worldwide ServiceNow ecosystem, working with the best tools in the business.

Using your skills and knowledge, you will guide customers in their ServiceNow journey. We work in professional teams to whom quality and delivering real value is a mindset for everyone.

You will be required to have a background in IT and have knowledge of IT infrastructure and ITIL processes, if not with ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver value and excellence in ServiceNow implementations with customers in Denmark, Nordics and EMEA region
  • Build applications in ServiceNow with the “low-code/no-code” mindset as well as using Best Practice and Customer First when coding
  • Guide and challenge customers on implementations and build the best possible ServiceNow platform to meet customer demands and expectations
  • Engage, build and maintain personal relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features/benefits of relevant ServiceNow solutions and DXC service offerings which meet specific customer’ needs
  • Join and work in a forward-thinking, value driven delivery team where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and personal development is key

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow as developer, backend fulfiller, administrator or equivalent
  • Experience with -and flair for integrations through ServiceNow
  • Experience with solutioning and implementation of HRSD suite in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and systems
  • Experience with coding and scripting is an advantage
  • Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
  • Mindset of wanting of help customers understand the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform and how to deliver that value through implementations
  • Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
