What to expect?

To support our growth, we are looking for a highly experienced and industry-savvy Industry Managing Partner to drive the growth of our Consulting & Engineering Services (Applications, Data & AI) business within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a strong network to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive business expansion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth understanding of the German Consumer Goods & Retail market and Consumer Goods & Retail industry value chain to align technology solutions with business challenges.
  • Business Growth & Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector in Germany.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key customers, positioning the company as a strategic partner for their digital transformation journey.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the company's footprint in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and influence market trends.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work cross-functionally with local market & global Industry teams, Offerings and Delivery teams to drive solution adoption and ensure successful customer engagements.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategy and solution development.

What do we expect?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector, either within industry-leading companies or in Consulting, IT Services, or Software firms with a strong focus on this domain.
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions (Application, Data & AI) relevant for the industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken), proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
