As a Talent Acquisition Lead in the Talent Acquisition department, you’ll work closely with your colleagues in TA Operations, Employer Brand, and Candidate Experience to always deliver amazing experiences, inside and outside of the organization.
What you will do:
Lead and develop a recruiting squad of 4+ senior recruiters. Manage the KPIs of the team while initiating and owning projects that contribute to TA objectives
Collaborate closely with stakeholders up to the C-1 level, serving as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition. Drive innovative hiring strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent for the organization.
Develop and maintain strategy to meet hiring demand and execute talent agenda for Finance, Legal, Public Policy, People & Culture & Marketing, Strategy teams in Berlin, Singapore & Philippines
Cascade communication of the direction and priorities to the team.
Manage and coach direct reports towards high performance.
Proactively monitor recruitment metrics (time to hire, time to fill, source effectiveness, DEI, and conversion ratios) and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Foster trusted relationships with mid-senior level stakeholders by communicating data-informed decisions and improvements.
What you need to be successful:
You have 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a deep understanding of corporate functions, competencies, sourcing channels, and market trends.
You have 2+ years of people management experience that encourages employee growth, development, and high performance
You have data-driven approach with experience using data visualization software i.e. Tableau, to advise stakeholders and improve processes
You have a strong relationship and consultative skills - with the ability to influence, inform, and negotiate at the C-1 level
You have experience working with corporate roles and feel comfortable discussing technical requirements with candidates and stakeholders, as well as hands-on hiring for the Director+ level if needed
Experience working and negotiating with works councils/unions from a recruitment perspective would be beneficial
