JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Join our team Insurance & 3rd Party Business and become part of a motivated team of experts that aims to provide the best services for our clients. As a working student, you will support in project management for key accounts, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Relationship Management:
- Assisting with customer inquiries and requests
- Supporting customer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies

Rollout/Project Management:
- Supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Assisting with project documentation and reporting
- Contributing to the coordination of project teams and stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week
Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in customer relationship management and project management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
