What you do

Working within the local People & Culture team you will report to and work with our People & Culture managers in Aschheim.

This opportunity is a perfect entry position if you are interested in HR related topics. You will gain a broad insight into the HR lifecycle - from the beginning of an employment relationship until the end. We are a dynamic and highly motivate HR team and are looking forward to getting to know you.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with various HR processes(e.g. preparation of certificates, student contracts, onboarding and offboarding of employees)
Independent processing of invoices in our invoice tool Ariba
Supporting with the digital filing system "epas"
Supporting the HR team with different other HR related topics along the entire lifecycle

Initially this will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension.

What you bring

Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable subject
Enrolled at a university throughout the duration of employment
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) required
Good knowledge of MS-Office applications and experience in SAP HCM would be beneficial
First working experiences in HR are advantageous
Proactive and independent attitude
Good communication skills
Open to an international work environment
