What Will You Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of complex, large-scale implementation programs across multiple workstreams
  • Direct program governance with full accountability for multi-million dollar budgets
  • Establish and maintain program management frameworks and methodologies
  • Lead strategic planning and execution across global cross-functional teams
  • Transform organizational strategies into executable program roadmaps
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization across project delivery

  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with Nasdaq's strategic objectives
  • Establish robust governance frameworks and risk management protocols
  • Create and maintain program-level financial forecasts and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate multiple project workstreams ensuring interdependency management
  • Build and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and mentor project management teams across the organization

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive progressive program management experience in capital markets
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs
  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field
  • PgMP/MSP/ PMP certification preferred
  • Expert knowledge of program governance and portfolio management
  • Strong financial background and business strategy understanding
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Global mindset with demonstrated experience leading international teams
