Department Description & Job Purpose

Our Risk and Resilience Global Service Line is dedicated to delivering top-tier consulting services that address non-financial risk management and resilience. We are seeking a passionate and experienced intern to join our dynamic team.

As an intern in our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consulting services and driving the development of our service line. Your drive to learn more about consulting, non-financial risk management, and resilience, will be instrumental in achieving positive client feedback, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our global service offerings.

Key responsibilities

Consulting Excellence:
- Deliver top consulting skills and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on content delivery and project management.
- Support project managers and team leads to ensure good quality deliverables.
Client Engagement:
- Achieve positive client feedback through superior project work.
- Understand and respond to client needs, adapting work results to meet their expectations effectively.
Workload Management:
- Steer workload activities in collaboration with project managers and team leads to maintain efficiency and productivity.
GSL and Internal Development:
- Actively contribute to the development of the Global Service Line through internal activities and service development.
- Engage in new service design, improvement of existing services, training/upskilling of delivery teams, and service administration.
- Align with and support internal initiatives that enhance Allianz Services.

Key requirements

- Proven experience or interest in consulting, non-financial risk, or resilience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively.
- You can start on in July 2025 and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
- Working language is English. German is a plus.
