The main focus of the Business Development Manager, Central Europe, Visa Commercial Solutions, is to drive our small, medium and large market commercial business in the region.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Previous experience, passion, curiosity, and knowledge of commercial banking and/or payment industry Strong credentials within a client facing role along with a consistent record of achieving commercial targets Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management experience, with a strong background of forming relationships with clients and rapidly growing existing partnerships Commercial understanding and the ability to spot opportunities and proactively propose solutions Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with colleagues and persuade external stakeholders and decision makers at all levels of the business Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business information High levels of integrity and business ethics Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written. University Master´s degree or similar qualification or equivalent practical experience
