Allianz Global Learning & Skills combines global learning and the learning unit of Allianz Germany. Allianz Global Learning & Skills drives the development of skills and capabilities across the Allianz Group in alignment with our business and the needs of our Operating entities. The strategy for learning and leadership development and its close connection to business priorities and strategy are more important than ever. All this supported by global digital learning platforms.

Who you'll work with:

You will be part of a 3-4 person team based in Munich at the Allianz Headquarters. The team manages the Allianz Learning Platforms (Degreed, LinkedIn Learning and Success Factors LMS).
Your daily tasks will involve access management, handling troubleshooting requests as well as other exciting projects.

STUDY PROGRAM

Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. All programs offer you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode. How can you make an impact?

Support Allianz employees across different Operating Entities with their inquiries relating to our digital learning platforms
Compile and deliver analytical reports and monthly dashboard as required
Liaise with stakeholders across different operating entities to effectively understand and address their expectations and requirements / find solutions
Contribute to proactive stakeholder management strategies, supporting effective communication/engagement initiatives (For a population of 150,000+ Employees)
Devise compelling one-pagers and content to enhance organizational alignment and promote best practices
Act as the business owner for LinkedIn Learning

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

Project Management Skills, Initiative, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Stakeholder Management Skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), Adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

You have a Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Economics, Business Administration, IT or similar studies with interest in HR Management / Learning and Development
You are comfortable with MS Office suites (Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
You are Fluent in English; German or any other languages would be a plus
You are a problem solver and a communicative team player.
Learning (L&D) or HR background / knowledge is a plus
