About Private Bank (PB) Transformation:

PB Transformation runs Private Bank global change portfolio. We are distributed around the world, across all regions where we operate. About the position:

As a key member in PB Transformation leadership team, you will manage a complex portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market developments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking & lending solutions, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Your key responsibilities

Portfolio & Change Management:

  • Lead and oversee a global portfolio of banking & lending-related change initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, in strong collaboration with regional change teams

  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for investment solutions transformation, ensuring full alignment with business goals and industry trends

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, investment teams, operations, technology, and external partners to drive change initiatives

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

Financial & Resource Management:

  • Oversee budget allocation and resource planning across the Banking & lending change portfolio

  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in project execution while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance business value

Your skills and experiences

  • Master’s degree

  • 15+ years of Technology / Transformation leadership experience in financial services

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change portfolios, including direct experience in digital transformation and technology-driven banking & lending solutions

  • Strong understanding of banking and lending products, financial markets, and regulatory environments

  • Expertise in project and program management methodologies

  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence at all levels

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills

  • Hands-on attitude, exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A very good command of english; german is highly preferred
