Die Accounting Domain ist ein internationales Team aus Finance und Technology, Data & Innovation Mitarbeiter*innen in Frankfurt, London, Manila, Pune und Singapore, das die Implementierung aller Änderungen im Rechnungswesen verantwortet. Der Bereich ist Teil der Querschnittsdivision Corporate Functions - Risk, Treasury, Finance & Data. Die interne Organisation und Arbeit basiert auf einem skalierten agilen Model.

Das IT Team in Frankfurt besteht aus SCRUM Mastern, Product Ownern und IT Ingenieur*innen und betreut u.a. die globale Implementierung von SAP S4 Hana für alle Kostenprozesse der Deutschen Bank.

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• In Ihrer Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Product Owner aus dem Fachbereich und dem SCRUM Master zusammen als technische/r SAP Experte*in für ABAP und SAP Standard Module in S4 Hana aus dem Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Kosten

• Sie arbeiten als Teil eines SCRUM Teams eng mit internen und externen Entwickler*innen und Tester*innen im Ausland zusammen und erarbeiten Lösungen im SAP Standard

• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Dokumentation und technische Qualität von Deutsche Bank spezifischen Erweiterungen und implementieren diese selbst in ABAP oder in Zusammenarbeit

• Sie unterstützen die Definition von funktionalen Tests und die Automatisierung

• Sie leisten Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von Produktionsproblemen

• Sie sind Teil des Frankfurter SAP S4 Hana IT Spezialistenteams und übernehmen Verantwortung für die technische Implementierung von SAP Erweiterungen eines Teams sowie die Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung von IT Nachwuchskräften

Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich BWL, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen im IT Bereich

• Sie haben mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP ERP/ECC/S4 Umfeld

• Sie haben grundlegende Erfahrung im SAP Customizing und gute Programmierkenntnisse in ABAP

• Grundlegende Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil

• Sie stehen agiler Arbeitsweise mit täglichen Terminen und kurzen Entwicklungszyklen positiv gegenüber und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen

• Sie sind kommunikativ, haben Spaß an der Weitergabe Ihrer Erfahrungen und arbeiten gern in einem internationalen, englischsprachigen Umfeld

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The Accounting Domain is an international team of Finance and Technology, Data & Innovation employees in Frankfurt, London, Manila, Pune and Singapore, which is responsible for the implementation of all changes in accounting. The department is part of the cross section division Corporate Functions - Risk, Treasury, Finance & Data. The internal organization and work is based on a scaled agile model.

The IT team in Frankfurt consists of SCRUM masters, product owners and IT engineers and is responsible for, among other things, the global implementation of SAP S4 Hana for all cost processes of Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities

• In your role, you will work closely with the product owner from the business department and the SCRUM master as a technical SAP expert for ABAP and SAP standard modules in S4 Hana from the area of financial accounting and cost accounting

• As part of a SCRUM team, you will work closely with internal and external developers and testers abroad and develop solutions in the SAP standard

• You will take responsibility for the documentation and technical quality of Deutsche Bank specific enhancements and implement them yourself in ABAP or in collaboration with others

• Together with the testing team, you will define functional test cases for the changes and support the test automation

• You will provide support in analyzing and solving production problems

• You will be part of the Frankfurt SAP S4 Hana IT specialist team and will be responsible for the technical implementation of SAP enhancements for a team as well as the training and development of junior IT talents

Your competencies and experiences

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a university degree in business administration, computer science or business informatics with relevant knowledge in the IT sector

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the SAP ERP/ECC/S4 environment

• You have good knowledge about SAP customizing and programming skills in ABAP

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Controlling and Finance process are an advantage

• You have a positive attitude towards agile working methods with daily deadlines and short development cycles and ideally have initial experience

• You are communicative, enjoy sharing your experiences and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking environment

• English language skills min. B2, German language skills min. B2
