POSITION SUMMARY
Supports general management & administrative duties of Country Manager and Country Leadership team, leads Archiving of company documents and Corporate Contracts management.
Serves as a Coordinator for Sustainability Committee.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
General Management Coordination & Administrative support
Coordinates agenda and interaction of Leadership team through company calendar, Leadership team minutes and company wide communication
Organizes major company events and meetings (LT meetings, Town Halls, Company Events, etc)
Provide support to Country Manager in meetings coordination, business trip organization, expense report management, and budget management
Supports Country Manager at planning for external events
Archiving & Contracts management
Leads collecting and archiving of various documents (especially Contracts and Agreements etc.)
Sustainability Committee
Coordinates the work and effort of above mentioned Committee
Mailing
Registration of incoming mail and its sorting into boxes
scanning contracts, sending contracts to coordinators, entering in CMT system
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to set priorities and solve problems fast and efficiently
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Very good PC skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
Very good spoken and written English and Czech language
