The Foundry Incentives Finance Analyst is responsible for the accurate forecasting and consolidated reporting of the Incentives PnL and Cash Flow forecast across AMIC, US CHIPS and United States and International programs.
This position will be responsible for and not limited to:
Driving reliable accounting, forecast and milestone reporting across Incentives programs.
Manage POR, LRP and Close processes in partnership with the program leads.
Collaboration with Strategic Planning, Intel Foundry Spending and Capital Finance partners, in addition to Capital Accounting to ensure compliance with Incentives program terms.
Continuous forecast accuracy and process improvement including Incentives models maintenance, actuals vs POR and risks and opportunities.
Support dashboard and system automation initiatives.
This role will gain high visibility and exposure to Senior Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related field
3+ years of experience in Finance related activities
1+ year of experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business modeling
Advanced English level
Must have unrestricted- permanent right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Foundry finance and/or Capital finance function
Prior Accounting and/or Capital Accounting experience is a plus
