Manufacturing Engineer 1

Responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.Your role:

• Monitors first pass yields, performs process validations and qualifications, and ensures adherence to finalized budgets while supporting process flow for new suppliers.

• Supports execution of project activities, assists with cost analysis for new product expenditures, and interacts with Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional teams.

• Participates in CAPA, CIP, FMEA, and root cause analysis, while supporting internal audits and ensuring safety considerations for material usage and processes. Works on problems of limited scope, follows standard procedures, and receives detailed instructions while providing guidance to production operators during implementation.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Science, or Engineering discipline strongly preferred or equivalent years of experience in manufacturing industry.

• 0 -2 years of related experience preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
