Job Description

The role leads and continuously improves end-to-end service delivery for a critical business process or service at a regional or global level, or for a small application platform. The individual must have an in-depth understanding of both the service and the business, ensuring that the support model, along with operational requirements such as SLAs and OLAs with customers and partners, meets expectations.

This position is responsible for delivering operational excellence by leveraging best practices such as ITIL and SRE, while actively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency through standardization, automation, and simplification. Additionally, the role will oversee crisis management for complex, high-impact outages and be accountable for all aspects of service delivery, including quality, service transition, vendor management, and service level management.

Team & Responsibilities

This role is part of a seven-member team focused on operations within the ISC organization, supporting an application related to sustainability. The team is responsible for developing applications and reports, distributing them both internally and externally while aligning with P&G's corporate commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Application Management: Once an application is developed, the team ensures ongoing support, maintenance, and governance.

  • Issue Resolution & Enhancements: Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement new features, including bug fixes and enhancements.

  • User Support & Communication: Maintain effective communication with developers and users to provide high-quality support and ensure smooth operations.

  • Process Automation: Utilize AI-driven solutions to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Data & Reporting: Strong Power BI and data management skills are essential for this role.

  • Global Support: This role primarily supports the USA market while ensuring alignment with GBS and corporate commitments.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Automation, AI, and Machine Learning (ML) – Strong expertise in leveraging AI/ML to drive operational efficiency.

  • Cloud Computing (Azure) – Proficiency in cloud solutions and their application in operations.

  • Data Analytics (Descriptive & Predictive Analytics) – Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Power BI & Power Apps – Experience in developing reports and automation using these tools.

  • Independent & Team Collaboration – Ability to work both independently and within a team, depending on the project scope.

  • Effective Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills in business English.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • ITIL Certification – Understanding of IT service management principles.

  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Expertise – Knowledge of reliability engineering best practices.

  • Application Management – Experience in overseeing the lifecycle of business applications.
