As a Collaboration Systems Engineer you will:
- Provide identification/fixing and level 5 support for SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, PowerApps, Power Automate problems within existing systems.
- Develop, advise, and maintain Power Platform Canvas App, Dataverse solutions for internal customers.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as needed to deliver success for a solution - Web services, data stores like Azure Blob and Azure SQL Database, integrations with APIs, etc.
- Understands Power Platform solutions (managed - unmanaged), Environments, Data Loss Prevention policies, Power Platform API limits, PoweApps Components Framework, Basic JavaScript, and HTML.
- Collect information by creating and running PowerShell Scripts.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance the existing systems and participates in analysis, design, and construction of the next generation of IT systems.
- Integrates software components into a fully functional software system and develops software verification plans and quality assurance procedures along the way.
- Maintains, tunes, and patches systems for optimum performance and security and with no or minimal downtime.
- Develops and maintains detailed and accurate documentation. Documentation may be required for operational procedures, troubleshooting aids, and technical analyses for products, features, and capabilities.
- Ensures changes are planned and implemented in a sound, minimal risk manner, without creating system outages.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or MS degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, working with collaboration systems.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or managing SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, Power Platform environments
- 2+ years of experience on Powershell scripting
- 3+ years of experience on in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience enabling and maintaining Cloud base applications.(Azure).
- Advanced level of English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years developing and distributing Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Dataverse Apps) and related technologies. (strongly desired)
- Implemented custom solutions using MS Teams and SharePoint
- Automated PowerShell scripts to gather information at scale.
- Performed customization of SharePoint web parts and apps using MS Visual Studio and other modern techniques.
- Has expertise in following languages and libraries: HTML5, JavaScript, C Sharp, React JS for development.
- Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform Certifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and processes used in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing web applications.
Work Model for this Role
