Job Description: 

Foundry Technology and Manufacturing Automation is looking for an Operations Support Technician. This individual will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical and manufacturing skills, from operations to computing equipment repair and troubleshooting, in a demanding and challenging production environment. In this position you will be providing first-line support for factory Automation issues for all FTM factories in Chandler Arizona, and Hillsboro Oregon.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Providing technical support by phone, chat, email, and web ticketing interfaces to internal and external customers on software, hardware, and business processes and services. Providing necessary support to integrate and test computer environment systems. Helps the team to drive operational improvements and publishes reports on Key Performance Indicators (Service targets, Customer satisfaction, etc.). Collaborates and interacts with end users, Factory Business partners, L3 Developers, and other members of the support teams to ensure best support practices are implemented. Supports investigations and resolves production issues, configures, and codes simple data fixes, and performs other operational tasks.

Additionally, the candidate of choice will be willing to work a compressed work schedule: Working Shift 1,4,5,6, 7.

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM category (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical) or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 year as IT Support Technician or similar.

  • Previous experience working with Ticketing Tools such as SERVICENOW or related.

  • Previous experience working with Telephony systems as GENESYS or related.

  • Upper intermediate to advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or automation systems.
