About the Team

We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual to lead critical initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity to orchestrate a significant multi-year program passionate about modernization and optimization of key business systems and processes. Following the successful completion of this foundational program, we will transition into a broader program management role, continuing to lead and deliver impactful strategic projects across the organization. About the Role

This role requires a credible program management professional with aconsistent history of successfully running large-scale, sophisticated projects, strong collaboration abilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. We are looking for a candidate that is a strategic problem solver with outstanding execution capabilities, capable of driving alignment across diverse teams and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and run all aspects of a significant, multi-year strategic program.

  • Then, transition to leading programs from a portfolio covering the  accounting organization.

  • Build comprehensive project plans including timelines, dependencies,

  • resourcing, and tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business workstream leads, IT, and external partners, to define requirements, run dependencies, and ensure seemless execution.

  • Leverage understanding of CRM systems and standard processes, with a preference for Salesforce experience, to guide the program.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.

  • Communicate efficiently, timely, and with details appropriate to the audience.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must.

  • Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks and quality standards.

  • Drive decision-making and problem-solving to keep the program on track.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for how we run projects.

Sobre el rol:Este rol requiere un profesional creíble en gestión de programas con un historial comprobado de liderazgo en proyectos complejos y de gran escala, fuertes habilidades de colaboración y la capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos ambiguos. Buscamos a una persona con mentalidad estratégica y gran capacidad de ejecución, capaz de lograr alineación entre equipos diversos y garantizar resultados exitosos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y gestionar todos los aspectos de un programa estratégico de varios años.

  • Posteriormente, liderar programas dentro de un portafolio que abarque la organización contable.

  • Crear planes de proyecto integrales que incluyan cronogramas, dependencias, recursos y tareas.

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos líderes de áreas de negocio, TI y socios externos, para definir requisitos, gestionar dependencias y asegurar una ejecución fluida.

  • Usar el conocimiento sobre sistemas CRM y procesos estándar (preferiblemente con experiencia en Salesforce) para guiar el programa.

  • Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos e incidencias, desarrollando e implementando planes de contingencia eficaces.

  • Comunicar de manera eficiente, oportuna y con el nivel de detalle adecuado según el público. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita son indispensables.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los marcos de gobernanza del programa y los estándares de calidad.

  • Impulsar la toma de decisiones y la resolución de problemas para mantener el programa en curso.

  • Identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos para la gestión de proyectos.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years leading multi-year, cross-functional, technology based end-to-end programs at enterprise scale.

  • Proficiency in program tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets).

  • Experience collaborating with multiple layers of the organization with shown success initiating change and influencing at all levels.

  • Strong organization skills, capable of leading opposing priorities and handling varying workloads.

  • You have a curiosity about process optimization.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strongly preferred: Experience working with CRM platforms, with specific experience implementing or handling projects related to Salesforce.

  • PMP or PgMP certification.

  • BS or MS or equivalent experience in either Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems

  • 2+ years of software experience.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (developing reporting dashboards).

  • You know (and love) Workday Finance and related applications.

Otros requisitos deseados:

  • Muy deseable: Experiencia trabajando con plataformas CRM, especialmente en proyectos relacionados con Salesforce.

  • Certificación PMP o PgMP.

  • Licenciatura o maestría (o experiencia equivalente) en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Ciencias de la Computación o Sistemas de Información.

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en la industria del software.

  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de visualización de datos (creación de dashboards e informes).

  • Conocimiento (y gusto) por Workday Finance y aplicaciones relacionadas.
