About the Role

The Global Field Programs team is seeking a Sr Associate Field Programs team member to support the development and delivery of key initiatives that drive growth at speed. The ideal candidate will be a great teammate, who collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to see projects through from end to end. The candidate will be a fast learner who can quickly iterate based on feedback and strives for continuous improvement. The Sr Associate Field Programs will need to be comfortable flexing between activities such as designing presentations, running a defined process and timeline across collaborators, and preparing program content and updates for review.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant work experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong experience in PowerPoint and slideware design
Strong experience with project management and coordination
Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Practical, hands-on approach and a “make it happen” demeanor
Enthusiastic teammate with a positive approach
Desire to learn and grow
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
