At the heart of this journey is a complete transformation of our enterprise business systems, as we re-implement core ERP technologies on SAP S/4 HANA.We are looking for a senior SAP IT System Analyst with deep expertise in the design and implementation of SAP based solutions in the Factory Procurement related processes. This role will be part of a global team that will drive the transformation of the Factory Procurement processes, such as: Materials Management, Warehouse Management and Logistic Execution.Main responsibilities:
Partner with IT Product Owners and Business leads to specify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Contribute to the definition and delivery of backlog features as part of an Agile Persistent Team and perform system's configuration, working with IT Architects and Developers through the design, build, test and deploy phases.
Process (Functional) Consulting, Business Blueprint (BBP), Configuration
Functional and Technical Requirement Specifications (FRS and TRS) for Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW)
Development support and unit testing, integration testing, and scenario testing
Getting the sign-off after successful completion of testing, Go-Live, Post-Live Production Support,
User Training Documentation, Developing New Reports and Meeting Business Specifications and continuous business improvements.
Work with IT Production Support team on incident resolution, acting as Level 3 subject matter experts and leading Problem cases' root cause analysis and resolution.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in communication, preparing reports and presentations.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computing or related field.
4+ years of experience in design, configuration, customization and implementation of SAP MM (Material Management), WM and LE solutions, with specific domain expertise on Factory Procurement processes.
4+ years of experience with large Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects
Advanced English level
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP MM Certified Consultant in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA
4+ Years of technical experience in Supplier Sourcing, Contracting, Catalog Management, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders processing and Approval Lifecycle.
4+ Years of technical experience in SAP ECC (or S/4HANA) for SAP FI (Finance).
4+ Years of technical and functional experience in SAP Ariba (upstream and downstream processes).
SAP Certification in related areas: SAP MM or SAP FI or SAP Ariba
1+ Years of working experience on Agile Methodologies (like SAFe) for Software Development.
