The Pricing, Deal Transformation Manager will play a key role on Workday's Pricing team. This role will lead the standardization, maintenance and ongoing updates of the Workday Price List, including incorporating new offerings, new commercial models, and pricing / go to market changes. You’ll be challenged to deliver future enhancements and improvements to the Price List to automate processes for integration with CRM and CPQ systems to help the business scale appropriately. Cross functional partnership will be key as you’ll engage with pricing leaders, deal support teams and business technology and systems experts, to ensure optimal usability of the Price List.
Additionally, the Pricing, Deal Transformation Manager will support the creation of the quarterly pricing performance report, including data cleansing and analysis. This includes processing large amounts of transactional data, identifying inconsistencies and proposing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Workday Price List standardization, maintenance and updates
Engage with Pricing leaders to ensure pricing changes are accurately reflected, and to provide guidance and options for reflecting new offerings or changes
Serve as subject matter expert for price list impact on quote and cart calculations
Partner with internal business technology and systems teams to lead automation designs
Assist in creation of enablement materials related to the above topics
Support quarterly price performance report creation
Ad hoc KPI reporting and analysis

About You
Basic Qualifications:
3 + years of experience working within a SaaS Pricing organization
Other Qualifications:
Skilled at successfully performing time critical tasks
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with, or ability to learn, CRM and CPQ technology
Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Detail oriented with desire for accuracy
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently across functional and organizational lines
Must be a good cultural fit for Workday's high achievement, yet fun, casual and encouraging environment
