Talent Management Supervisor

Grade: 20E

Location: Bogotá

Hybrid Position

Lead Responsibilities

Support Ongoing Talent Management Processes:

  • Performance Management Processes:
    • Annual & Mid-year Performance Reviews: Oversee the execution of the annual performance review cycle, including communication, training, reporting, completion tracking, and ongoing support for employees throughout the process. Collaboration with Total Rewards during the Annual cycle for the Pay for Performance timeline and ad-hoc reports as needed.
    • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Support the execution of PIPs by providing guidance, training, conducting analysis, and addressing and resolving related requests.
  • Career Development Processes:
    • Facilitate the successful implementation and execution of career processes, including profile updates, talent assessments, development planning, and succession planning.
    • Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and HRBPs on career and succession strategies, Evaluate and improve talent management processes based on feedback and performance metrics, adapting to changes in business strategies and initiatives.

Support HR Service Agents (Enterprise-wide Talent Management Tickets):

  • Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to HR service agents to ensure efficient handling of talent management-related tickets. This includes managing forecasted volume of tickets per month related to performance management, career development, and other related inquiries. The role requires proactive troubleshooting and escalation when necessary.

Workday Migration and Hypercare:

  • Build and test talent management processes: Support the development and testing of talent management workflows in the Workday system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Ensure all processes (e.g., performance evaluations, career development) are seamless and optimized.
  • HR Service (GBS) Agents Knowledge Base: Help develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for HR service agents to resolve employee inquiries related to talent management systems and processes.
  • Change management and communication: Co-create and execute a change management strategy to drive successful adoption of new or updated processes within Workday, ensuring smooth transitions with effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Virtual-led sessions and ad hoc training requests: Facilitate live virtual training sessions and support the development of ad hoc training initiatives, addressing identified gaps in system usage or process understanding for employees and HR teams.
  • Report building and auditing: Design and generate detailed reports on talent management metrics, including performance and career. Ensure data integrity through periodic audits and analysis.
  • Ongoing feedback review and redesign of the system: Regularly assess and refine the employee feedback to improve user experience and process efficiency. Implement system updates and modifications as necessary.

Stakeholder Management Responsibilities

  • Partner with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Services Team, HR Systems, Total Rewards COE, People & Culture COE, and others, to drive the success of talent management processes. Work closely with these teams to ensure alignment, share insights, and optimize processes across the organization.
  • Provide research and analysis, and document creation support to Talent Management COE leadership.
  • Partner with other Talent Management COE team members on projects and initiatives.

Job requirements:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles and strategies, with experience in leading change initiatives in HR processes and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and informative content for diverse audiences. Ability to facilitate virtual training sessions and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Strong organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,  ensuring alignment and successful implementation of talent management processes.
  • Training and Facilitation: Experience in content creation, scheduling, and facilitating training sessions (virtual and in-person). Ability to create and deliver educational resources, including guides, toolkits, and presentations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PageTiger, SharePoint, Teams, for managing content, communication, and reporting.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to collect, process, and analyze data to find trends and insights with tools like Power BI.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Experience with strategic, critical thinking work, and collaborating with global project teams.
  • A balanced Leadership Model approach that can solve problems, collaborate, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to employees and HR teams’ enterprise wide.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Advanced English speaking proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, guiding teams or stakeholders through complex processes.
  • Experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field. Familiarity with performance management practices and talent development frameworks.
  • Experience with HR process design, optimization, and automation.
  • HR Information Systems experience, Workday specifically.
