Job Description:

Position SummaryCollector assist activities for Small Package. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring quality accounts, focus in 80/20 customers efforts for productivity, also Collector will assist in resolving complex Billing/Collections disputes. He/She interacts with both internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities

• Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts
• keeping and improving customer relations
• Resolves client-billing problems
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
• Email correspondence to internal and external customers, can be in English
• Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts

 Other Job requirements

• Schedule from 2:00 am to 11:30 am

Qualifications - Internal

Education and Work Experience

• Technical or bachelors’ degree (depend of experience) in administrative careers
• At least 6 months of experience in Collection or Customer Service areas (Preferred) 

Languages:

• English 60% written – Preferred
