About the Role

岗位职责：

1.同网点职员建立良好关系，维护网点关系，达成既定的个人业绩目标

2.组织网点培训和执行各类客户活动

3.协助理财经理达成既定的业绩目标

4.为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见

5.辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务

6.按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作

职位要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试；

3.3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）。

4.熟悉保险及金融业务知识；

5.较强的沟通协调能力。
