1. Job Description:
1)Lead Diagnosis platform to drive business growth and build leading position in Infectious industry.
2)Formulate infectious diagnosis strategy under Pfizer strategy guidance.
3)Communicate and assess diagnosis partners, then choose strategic partners.
4)Build diagnosis cooperation model with Dx partners, experts align with Pfizer infectious pipeline strategy.
5)Develop and execute diagnosis cooperation projects with business team and X-functional teams.
6)Drive the continuous upgrading of diagnostic strategic cooperation models based on performance analysis and insight mining.
7)Manage AV brand
2. Capability requirements
1)More than 10 years of work experience in MNC marketing, more than 2 years of work experience in consulting (preferably in the healthcare industry)
2)Strong strategic formulation capability
3)Have designed and executed large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
4)Proficient in communication, be able to achieve strategic cooperation goals with external partners. 5)Proficient in PPT, data analysis, business insights, and fluent in English.
6)Proactive and good at learning, MBA is preferred.
