About the Role
负责统筹机构人力发展相关工作岗位职责:
• 执行总部人力发展策略,制定中支公司人力发展及留存计划及行动方案;
• 追踪人力发展及留存计划的执行情况;
• 分析人力发展指标达成进度和增员渠道的管理;
• 年度人力发展项目规划、推动、预算编制;
• 管理、培育、督导中支公司人力发展团队,推动当地业务发展团队人力发展 及留存策略执行。
任职要求:
• 本科或以上学历;
• 8年以上寿险销售管理经验,3年以上团队管理经验,精通寿险营销业务制;
度,有丰富的代理人渠道的人力招募、业务发展推动经验;
• 较强的学习力,组织力,规划力和影响力;
• 追求个人成长,敢于挑战高目标; • 团队合作与管理能力。
