About the Role

岗位职责：

• 执行总部人力发展策略，制定中支公司人力发展及留存计划及行动方案；

• 追踪人力发展及留存计划的执行情况；

• 分析人力发展指标达成进度和增员渠道的管理；

• 年度人力发展项目规划、推动、预算编制；

• 管理、培育、督导中支公司人力发展团队，推动当地业务发展团队人力发展 及留存策略执行。

任职要求：

• 本科或以上学历；

• 8年以上寿险销售管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验，精通寿险营销业务制；

度，有丰富的代理人渠道的人力招募、业务发展推动经验；

• 较强的学习力，组织力，规划力和影响力；

• 追求个人成长，敢于挑战高目标； • 团队合作与管理能力。
