客户委员会组织与支持
2.客户经营推动
线下客户经营活动策划
线上线下客户经营活动推动
3.营销推动
营销员竞赛方案策划
营销员竞赛执行推动
荣誉体系的搭建与推动
4.客户关怀
孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发
客户开拓及数字化经营推动
客户开拓策略/工具开发
数字化平台（Navi）应用推广
5.产服与绩优推动
产服综合推动，并入大健康推动职责，承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使
ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动
MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动等
6.大健康职责
大健康宣传、推广与培训
大健康服务协调及治理对接窗口，协调分公司与总部大健康的对接教育背景：大学本科或以上学历（经济、金融或市场营销专业优先）
相关经验：
1.10年及以上相关经验（具有活动组织经验优先）
2.具有高管任职资格优先
技能要求：
具备扎实的市场与营销知识
熟悉寿险及健康险产品
有创新性思维
良好的沟通与表达能力
能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
良好的解决问题与决断的能力
