About the Role
根据分公司层面监管政策与服务承诺要求,在分公司落实总部消保与客户服务体系的相关工作,持续关注客户体验的优化提升。发挥消费者权益保护工作的功能定位,促进分公司层面消保制度和工作机制的完善,落实推动开展各项消保工作,确保消费者权益得到充分保护。负责日常POS变更业务、退费业务及保单行政等相关工作,协助主管确保为客户和各渠道提供优质的保单服务,确保操作符合友邦POS标准操作规则。岗位职责:
