About the Role

1.    负责在线即时解答营销员、客户对于营运服务的各类咨询，包括但不限于新单进度、理赔进度、各类照会件的查询

2.    对营销员办理营运相关业务过程中遇到的问题进行在线指导，对于无法即时解答的问题，负责转办至相关部门进行后续跟进

3.    负责整理和总结各类问题归类，制作月报、质量报告等各类报表及数据分析

4.    协助主管管理团队日常业务工作，确保达到团队服务标准

岗位要求：

1.    本科或以上学历；

2.    经验要求：3年以上渠道服务或热线服务中心工作经历，有团险或团队管理经验优先；

3.    具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征；

4.    具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

5.    高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作。
