Your key responsibilities
Support the achievement of business and financial targets in close cooperation with the Head of Corporate Cash Management (CCM) and Senior Sales Managers
Support the team to drive the China CCM strategy as well as global strategic initiatives.
Support business development from designated client sectors and business growth in both inbound and outbound corridors. Pro-actively develop understanding of client needs, our cash products, industry and market knowledge, to support team to originate best of client fit CCM product solutions and generate new business opportunities
Develop strong productive relationships both externally and internally, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure effective end to end client delivery
Contribute the development of marketing materials and the building of Deutsche Bank’s CCM franchise and reputation in the marke, attend client meetings alongside CCM senior sales to build relationships with existing and potential clients, actively drive meeting preparations and key follow ups
To provide feedback on client needs to CCM product management. To work with the Implementation & Service team and Operation Teams for all post sales activities to deliver the promised solutions as per client expectations
To assist senior Sales Managers in planning and administrative responsibilities
To assist senior Sales Managers in client management and sales activities wherever needed
To proactively drive new deal wins and business growth within individual sales portfolio
To understand clients’ specific requirements and work closely with Relationship Manager / Product Manager to offer the appropriate cash management solutions
Your skills and experience
Strong command of both the Mandarin and English language with effective verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor degree from reputable top universities
3 years+ of banking experience with proactive working attitude, good understanding of CCM product, and aspiration of self-development in client-facing role
Experience in managing corporate client relationships and able to understand the strategic priorities of clients in order to support the pitching and execution of complex deals
Strong analytical skills, capable of assimilating new information quickly and pro-actively relating them to client needs
Solid corporate cash management knowledge and the ability to work out appropriate solution for client
Excellent presentation skills, strong selling skills and customer service skills including but not limited to communication skills and negotiation skills
Ability to work with colleagues across the business franchise and in other regions for business delivery
Good project management skills and ability to work autonomously. Fast learner with proactive problem-solving skills
Self-confident and performance driven. Ability to work independently under pressure and work persistently
Strong Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with ability to prepare impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Educated to degree level in a relevant financial discipline or with relevant industry experience
