KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Analyze, evaluate and develop plans to ensure our automation testing is aligned with the business objectives including Polaris initiatives
• Chair overall project’s automation team with Business to follow up the pending validation test cases and status update to the team
• Chair automation defect meeting with developer on the high priority issues and provide support to resolve the problems
• Design suitable automation framework for each type of applications and monitor delivery quality
• Monitor testing progress to follow project schedule and testing cycles
• Coordinate with FWD BU users, IT or related project team members to solve key issues or prioritize change requests
• Provide ad-hoc support when required

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Complete cases execution on time
• Able to analyst testing results and identify the root cause
• Able to execute test case using automation tools

• Recommend on the automation solution, approach for the related project implementation.
• Resource and timeline management on the projects assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar is preferred
• Above 5 years testing or automation experience, at least 2 years insurance systems working experience
• Experience writing Python scripts, familiar with Selenium and Appium mechanism
• Attention to details with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both reading and written English and Chinese, Cantonese is preferred

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Know basic insurance knowledge.
• Detail-minded and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of test tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Load Runner, Mobile Testing tools, etc
