What You Will Achieve
- Provide essential administrative support, including arranging logistics for internal and external travel.
- Prepare comprehensive documents and detailed reports for meetings and events.
- Manage records and files, verify data, respond to emails, and schedule meetings.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with colleagues by sharing experiences.
- Utilize skills and knowledge to complete various tasks and understand their relation to other processes.
- Participate in process improvement teams and apply shared knowledge to improve work.
- Work under moderate supervision, following established procedures and referring deviations to the supervisor.
- Effectively prioritize, coordinate, and collaborate with various teams to meet business objectives efficiently.
- Oversee special projects and drive necessary process improvements.
- Manage personal time and growth, prioritize workflow, and ensure work quality and compliance through periodic reviews by the supervisor.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross functional teams
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Project management or planning experience
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Proactive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges
